2 Years, 12 Cities is an ongoing series of mirrored photographs on acrylic glass. Standing before the images, the viewer becomes part of the work: their gaze intertwines with the reflections of people, architecture, and spaces. Image, reflection, and viewer meet on the same plane, where place, moment, and perception merge.

Each photograph also responds to its surroundings, depending on the room where it is displayed, the space itself becomes part of the image, adding new layers of reflection and meaning. In this way, seeing itself becomes part of the experience, an ongoing journey through cities, in-between spaces, and new locations.

2 Jahre, 12 Städte ist eine fortlaufende Serie gespiegelter Fotografien auf Acrylglas.

Wer vor den Bildern steht, wird Teil der Arbeit: Sein Blick verschränkt sich mit den Spiegelungen von Menschen, Architektur und Räumen. Bild, Spiegelung und Betrachter*in treffen auf einer Ebene aufeinander, an der Ort, Moment und Wahrnehmung ineinanderfließen.

Jede Fotografie reagiert zudem auf ihre Umgebung, je nach Raum, in dem sie präsentiert wird, wird der Raum selbst Teil des Bildes und fügt neue Ebenen von Reflexion und Bedeutung hinzu. So wird das Sehen selbst Teil der Erfahrung, eine fortlaufende Reise durch Städte, Zwischenräume und neue Orte.
